【摘要】 目的:探讨cyclin D1 蛋白表达与卵巢浆液性肿瘤患者预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP 法检测91 例卵巢浆液性肿瘤和24 例有癌转移的淋巴结中cyclin D1 蛋白表达,并以10 例正常卵巢组织作对照。结果:正常卵巢组织、良性浆液性卵巢肿瘤、交界性瘤、浆液性卵巢腺癌和转移性卵巢腺癌癌细胞的cyclin D1 蛋白表达阳性率分别为0、10. 0 %、53. 3 %、83. 9 %和83. 3 %。交界性瘤、浆液性卵巢腺癌和有癌转移的淋巴结组织中cyclin D1 蛋白表达阳性率显著高于正常卵巢组织和良性浆液性卵巢肿瘤。cyclin D1 蛋白表达阳性的浆液性卵巢腺癌患者预后较好,但并非卵巢浆液性囊腺癌患者独立的预后因素。结论:cyclin D1 癌基因在卵巢浆液性恶性肿瘤的发生过程中起重要作用。cyclin D1蛋白过表达可能是浆液性卵巢癌患者预后良好的指标,但并非影响预后的独立因素。

Relationship between expression of cyclin D1 and prognosis of serous ovarian tumour. XiongGuangwu , Wang Gang , Wang Shilang. Department of Obstetrics and ynecology , the Second Hospi2tal of West China University of Medical Sciences , Sichuan Chengdu 610041【Abstract】Objective :To determine the relationship between expressions of cyclin D1 and prognoses of patients with serous ovarian tumour.Methods :The expression of cyclin D1 protein in ovar2ian serous tumour sections from 20 patients with benign tumour ,15 patients with borderline tumour ,56 patients with invasive tumour ,and in lymphoid node sections from 24 patients with lymphoid node
metastasis ,were analysed using immunohistochemistry , and compared with 10 normal ovarian tissuesamples. The tumours that overexpressed cyclin D1 in more than 10 %of neoplastic cells were con2sidered positive. Results : The overexpressions of cyclin D1 were observed in 0 ,10. 0 % ,53. 3 % ,83. 9 % ,and 83. 3 % of normal ovarian tissue , benign , borderline , invasive tumour ,and lym phoidnode samples respectively. The overexpression rates of cycliin D1 were significant higher in border2 line ,invasive tumour ,and lymphoid node samples than those in normal ovarian tissues and benign tu2mours ( P < 0. 001) . The prognoses of the patients with ovarian invasive tumour overexpressed cyclin D1 were better ( P = 0. 0038) ,but there was no association between protein overexpression and tu2 mours stage and differentiation. The overexpression of cyclin D1 was not a independent prognostic factor of the patients with ovarian invasive tumour( P = 0. 303) . Conclusions :The overexpression of
cyclin D1 gene should play an important role in oncogenesis of ovarian serous tumour. The overex27
pression of cyclin D1 could be a marker of good prognosis ,but not an independent prognostic factorof the patients with ovarian invasive tumours.

细胞周期调控因子失衡引起细胞过度增殖和分化障碍是肿瘤发生和发展的根本原因。研究发现,卵巢癌中存在细胞周期p16 - cyclin D1 - CDK4P6 -pRb 调节通路某种因子的变化,其中cyclin D1 基因和蛋白过表达较常见,但与卵巢癌的预后关系尚不清楚1 23 。我们采用免疫组化SP 法检测卵巢浆液性肿瘤cyclin D1 蛋白表达,对它与卵巢浆液性肿瘤患者预后间的关系进行了分析。
